How do i return my knack?

If your order was shipped to a location in the U.S., simply go to the Returns page and follow the return process there. For orders returned from the US, we even cover return shipping costs.  

If your order was shipped to a location in Canada, simply go to the Returns page and follow the return process there. Please ship returns via Canada Post to Knack Inc, c/o Barrett Distribution, 301 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873. Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

If your order was shipped internationally, please send an email, including your name, order number, and reason for return to internationalreturns@knackbags.com. We will review the request and respond with further instructions. Please note return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. At this time, return shipping labels can only be generated using Express Level Shipping Service.https://knackbags.com/pages/returns

Can i exchange my bag for a different color?

Absolutely! If your order was shipped to a location in the U.S., as long as the purchase of either your backpack, packing cube or accessory is within the 30 day trial period, you can request an exchange (or a return) at Returns.  

If your order was shipped to Canada, you can exchange any item within the 30 day trial period. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for your original order.  

If your order was shipped to an international destination, please send an email including your name, order number, and what item you would like to receive instead to internationalreturns@knackbags.com, within the 30 day trial period. We will respond with further instructions for the exchange. Please note, you will be billed the cost of the return shipping label. Once paid, we will email the return shipping label to you. At this time, Express Level Service is the only return shipping option.

i received a medium savile gray knack pack as a gift. How do i exchange it for a medium knack pack in a different color?

If you reside in the U.S. and were lucky enough to get a Knack bag as a gift, but you think you’d like a different bag at the same price, feel free to exchange it within 30 days of receiving your gift. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds without the original credit card and order information. Since you may have to change the shipping address for the exchange, just reach out to us at support@knackbags.com and we can help you out.

I ordered a medium savile gray knack pack, and i've decided the large would be better for me. how do i go about exchanging my medium for the large?

If your order was shipped to a location in the U.S., just go to Returns to initiate the exchange process. In the box for return reason type: “too small”. When you go to the next page, you will be asked for the return method and you should select “exchange” and type in the color of the Large Knack Pack you want to receive. You can then print off the free shipping label and return your item. Once we receive your returned item, you will receive an email with a link to complete payment for the higher priced item.

If your order was shipped to Canada, the process is the same as the U.S.. However you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the original order. Please ship via Canada Post to Knack, Inc., c/o Barrett Distribution, 301 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873.

For International Orders, please email internationalreturns@knackbags.com with your name, order number, and item you would like to receive instead. You will receive an email with a link to pay the return shipping and the difference in price of the 2 items. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive an email with the return shipping label.  

How do I get reimbursed for any duties or tariffs I paid for the international order I am returning?

International customers are responsible for coordinating the refund of duties and taxes you paid to the country of import. Once Knack has received and processed the return, we can forward you confirmation the order was returned in support of your duty drawback request.

can i return or exchange my "factory second" knack Pack?

Sorry, but no. A few times a year we offer “Factory Seconds” items to our Knackpacker community. Products marked on the website as “Factory Seconds” are sold “as is” and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
